Plain-English writing about exercise and prostate cancer.

These articles answer the questions men actually ask about exercise, prostate cancer, and its treatment. Each one starts with the feeling or the question, then sets out what the evidence says. The writing is honest and sourced. It makes no promises about your own results.

Every claim about what exercise can do is written in the third person and tied to a source. Usually that source is NICE guidance or peer-reviewed research. Where the evidence is thin, we say so.

## Written in plain English

Piotr Kardas writes these articles. He is a Prostate Cancer Exercise Specialist, Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist. He does this work one to one every week.

We keep the language simple and name our sources on the page.
