# Book a 15-minute consultation

A calm, private conversation with Piotr Kardas about where you are and what might help. Fifteen minutes, by video call, with no pressure to go further.

Starting something new can feel like a big step, so this one is deliberately small. The consultation is a short, one-to-one video call. You talk about your situation, Piotr listens, and together you work out whether this is right for you.

There's nothing to prepare. You don't need to be active already, or to have any equipment. You just need fifteen quiet minutes and a device that can join a video call.

## What happens in the 15-minute consultation?

You and Piotr talk through where you are in treatment, how you feel, and what you'd like help with. He listens, answers your questions, and explains whether one-to-one specialist exercise rehabilitation is a fit for you.

There's no script and no assessment to pass. Some men arrive with a clear question, such as whether it's safe to start, or how to rebuild strength on hormone therapy. Others simply want to talk it through with someone who does this work every week.

By the end, you'll have a plain, honest sense of what working with Piotr would involve, and whether it suits where you are. If it isn't the right fit, he'll say so.

## Where and when

The consultation runs online by video call, wherever you are in the United Kingdom. You need fifteen quiet minutes and a device that can join a video call. The link opens in a normal web browser on a computer, so you do not need an account or any app to join; Piotr lets you into the call when you arrive.

If you go on to work with Piotr afterwards, the one-to-one sessions themselves run in two ways: online by video call anywhere in the UK, or as a home visit in London or Surrey. Home visits are arranged directly with Piotr, who agrees the dates and times with you himself, and they are priced for your circumstances. You can move between the two as suits you.

Consultations are usually offered on Tuesday evenings, at 6pm, 6.30pm, 7pm, 7.30pm and 8pm. One-to-one sessions are usually offered on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings at 6pm, 7pm and 8pm, and on Saturdays hourly from 9am to 2pm. These are the times Piotr usually opens, not a fixed timetable. The booking calendar shows what is genuinely free, and other times can be arranged with him.

The £65 fee is not refundable once the consultation has taken place, and if you ask for it to go ahead inside your 14-day cancellation period, that right to cancel ends once the consultation has been delivered. Booking is covered by our [service terms](/legal/service-terms) and your [right to cancel](/legal/cooling-off-and-cancellation).

Charging for the call is deliberate. The fee protects the time, so the conversation stays unhurried and the slot is genuinely yours. It keeps the focus on you and your questions. There's no obligation to continue.

## What happens next, if you go ahead

If the consultation feels right, Piotr suggests what suits you and sends you a secure payment link. That might be single online appointments by video call, a home visit, an exercise plan or an exercise toolbox. An online appointment lasts 55 minutes, and a home visit around an hour. There are no packages, no subscription and no automatic renewal. You can read about the options and their prices on the Programme page.

## Do I have to commit to more sessions?

No. The consultation carries no obligation to continue. It's a chance to ask questions and decide, in your own time, whether this is right for you.

Take the time you need afterwards. Piotr sends one short email summarising what you discussed and the options, and there's no hard sell. Many men use the call simply to understand their options, and that's a good reason to book.

## Before you book

One-to-one specialist exercise rehabilitation supports how you feel and move day to day. It works alongside the care your own team provides, and it isn't a substitute for their advice.

Your oncologist or consultant knows your diagnosis and treatment in full. Piotr will always suggest checking with them first, and any guidance they give shapes how your plan is built. If anything in the consultation touches on your cancer treatment, he'll point you back to your own care team.

> Always consult your oncologist or consultant before beginning any exercise programme.

## Book your 15-minute consultation

The call lasts 15 minutes, runs online by video call, and costs £65.

Charging for the call is deliberate. The fee protects the time, so the conversation stays unhurried and the slot is genuinely yours. It keeps the focus on you and your questions, and there is no obligation to continue.

The consultation fee is not refundable once the consultation has taken place. Your cancellation rights are set out in the Service Terms (/legal/service-terms).

On the call, you'll:

- talk through where you are in treatment and how you're feeling
- say what you'd like to be able to do again
- hear how Piotr would shape the work around you
- ask anything you like, with no obligation to continue

To book, choose a time in the booking calendar, add your details, and pay the £65 fee by card on the secure booking page. Your confirmation then arrives by email. Times are shown for the UK (London).
